My mobile- Nokia 6233
The classical looking mobile from Nokia hit the Indian mobile market in the year 2006. Nokia's 6233 is essentially your typical candy-bar style handset, but with better parts. The handset comes with three or more colour, black, blue, brown and silver with stainless steel finish and a soft-matte backing. The simple looking mobile attracts the users with it multimedia features onboard. The mobile works under the operating frequency with 2G(GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900) and 3G (UMTS 2100). The 110g weighted mobile is marginally a heavy weighted among the other mobiles in the same range. The 3G Compatiable mobile has a video calling feature but supports with the external camera to make a video call, and do not have a integrated video camera like most other 3G-enabled phones. The mobile has a 2megapixel camera with 8x zoom is built-in, as is night mode, white balance etc. It has Bluetooth and infrared connectivity, which provides compatibility with Bluetooth car-kits, wireless headsets, and other phones. Another feature of note, implemented recently with Nokia mobiles, is flight mode. Flight mode is an interesting innovation that gives you access to Java applications, games, and other non-call related features while traveling on a plane. This is particularly useful if you've upgraded your phone's memory capacity for increased music storage and playback--incidentally, the 6233 supports microSD cards up to 2GB and a 64MB card comes in the box. Sound quality is significantly better than previous Nokia models. The battery lasts Up to 4 h (2G) / 3 h 6 min (3G) typically better than the other nokia models. Overall, the 6233 is a fine piece of equipment which while visually understated, performs well in pretty much every area it should. It comes highly recommended for the price.
